Yummy Beef
I don't know what other people are talking about when they say this dish has no flavor---I thought it was fabulous!! The steak was so tender and it smelled amazing while it was cooking. The only changes I made was to use diced tomatoes instead of crushed,and zucchini instead of the pepper, just because that's what I had on hand and they worked perfectly. I served this over egg noodles with grated cheese and even my picky toddler ate some!! Thanks Melissa for a dish I'll be making very frequently!

Oven Scrambled Eggs
These eggs were very fluffy, but they took about 25 minutes to cook. They ended up being very salty,maybe because I used salted butter in the recipe? Next time I'll use unsalted butter and season after cooking. It's nice not having to stand over the stove, though. Thanks for sharing.

Noodles Alfredo
OMG!!! Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I've made a few other alfredo sauces that were horrible, so I was a little nervous. But this one is so quick and easy and the flavor is unbelievable!! I've used it to make chicken broccoli alfredo and even my husband loved it! Would give more stars if possible---thanks for sharing!!!
