Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
THIS IS VERY RICH. I agree with the other reviewer, you don't need the sour cream layer! It needs something to make the presentation better so I sprinkled mini chips on top and sides after baking instead of putting them in the "cake" layer. I can't imagine how sweet it would be with more choclolate ganache or fudge for topping. Bake 1 hr. I will not make again.

This is soo very good. It has a light texture with a lot of banana flavor. Brought as a hostess gift. One of her guests was an owner of a bakery and thought that it was the best she has eaten. She said that with her mother right there. lol. A must!

Excellent! I recommend turning it out of the pan. The coconut and pecans make a great "topping". Very good, and I agree that it is better the next day! Thank you. This is a keeper for me!

This is the BEST! The quanities of the ingredients are perfect. Onion will overpower and Red Pepper can overpower. Be careful. I am asked for the recipe EVERYTIME..Let the "dressing sit abit" to allow the br sugar to dissolve before adding it to the salad. You won't be disappointed. Soooooo Good!

So Good! So Easy. I used 1/4 tsp peppermint extract instead of the vanilla. Perfect for those who like Chocolate & Mint together. Very moist. I got 48 domed cupcakes. Frosted them with, Creamy Chocolate Frosting, from this site. 5-stars and more!

OMG DELICIOUS! I had to make this recipe twice. The first time I followed directions as is. "HUGE" crack in the cake! Next day I used the waterbath and lessened the flour. WOW, Perfect!! This is an awesome cheesecake. I wanted it to look as good as it taste. I brought it to a birthday party and everyone went ga ga. 2nd time I was short on time...left it in the oven for 2 hrs and refridgerated it. A must try, WITH THE WATERBATH!

Apple Crisp IV

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
This is yummy. It does need the cinnamon and sugar with the apples. I peeled the apples, and as I was doing that I put them in a big bowl of lemon juice and water, to keep them from browning, I used 7 lg granny smith apples and made 1 1/2 topping mixture, using the reduced amount of flour as suggested by others. As I was layering I sprinkled cinnamon and sugar. Reserve more of the topping for the top. My pan was quite full so I needed to bake it longer than stated. It was about 70 min. Once topping was browned I covered with tin foil to pervent burning. It is sweet and tart at the same time. Oooh can't wait to serve this for Thanskgiving with ice cream.

Easy Mini Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
I agree that this is a good basic recipe. I would highly suggest to add any of your favs to add some flavor. Bacon, shrooms, asparagus, anything that you have on hand. Fill the cups completely. It will puff up and once removed from oven, they will settle down some. I too got 2 rounds of bread from one slice. I used a small drinking glass to cut my rounds. Spray Pam generously, run a sharp knife around edges and should be easily removed from the pan. I had to add a few more minutes to the baking time. You want to make sure that they won't be soggy. Use you imagination, you can't go wrong.

OOOH MY! Very Good! Easy, if you get carried away adding different dry goods, just up the sauce ingred's by 1/4. The salty and sweet ratio is perfect. It is nice to have a recipe that can be adaptable to what you have on hand, or what you like best! DO NOT CROWD ON COOKIE SHEET, IT WILL COOL IN BIGGER THAN BITE SIZE PIECES IF YOU DO. GIVE IT ROOM TO COOL,re: 2 COOKIE SHEETS.

Apple Crisp I

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2006
This needed something ... I had to sprinkle Apple Pie Spice after tasting it. It was too bland. I like that Autumn apple taste, maybe without the cinnamon it just wasn't what I expected. If you add spices to your liking, this recipe is easy and bakes beautifully.. I used a glass dish at 325 for 55 min. Perfect. Great with vanilla ice cream....
