Baked Salmon II
WOW this was really good, and i only let it marinate for about 30 minutes and baked just covered with foil instead of individually....my fillets were smaller (I had 4 - 4oz)too so i decreased the cooking time to about 15 minutes. Definitely a keeper!!!

Baked Pork Chops I
This recipe was really good! I am not big on pork chops but make them for the family.....I enjoyed this one! Took the advice of others...sprayed baking dish with Pam, worked like a charm, very easy clean up. Didn't have cream of mushroom so I used cream of Chicken, came out great! Also had thinner chops so I adjusted cooking time and they turned out moist and delicious! Will difinitely make this one the next time I make pork chops. Thanks for the great recipe!
