Baked Ziti I
Terrific...made the following changes. 15 oz. of Ricotta cheese mixed with one egg and 1/4 cup milk with tablespoon of parsley. Also used 12oz of provolone cheese for one layer and the top put 1 pound of mozzarella cheese...we love lots of cheese!

Amish White Bread
I made this in my bread machine on the dough/knead cycle. Took it out and made rolls with it. The BEST rolls EVER! My whole family wants these all the time instead of store bought rolls...and so easy to make.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
By far the BEST roll recipe I have ever made...reminds me of my grandmother's Portuguese sweet bread rolls. I used organic bread flour instead of all-purpose flour and just made balls. They turned out BIG and fluffy! I make these twice a week for my family who demands them!
