I didn't use the icing recipe but the cupcakes were absolutely delicious! Very moist and full of flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, except I left out the nutmeg because I was out.

This was so delicious! I made 24 muffins and baked for about 20 minutes. Moist and perfect.

Zucchini Bread IV
This was delicious. I omitted the nuts (only because I didn't have them) and cooked for less time (between 50-60 minutes). These came out moist and perfect.
