Sooo Good. I would give it a five, but if I change something I only give a four. I cut my cukes in half and scrap the seeds out with a spoon. Then cut into bite size pieces. I added a Tblsp. of Pickling spice(in cheesecloth) and reduced to 20 servings for only 3 or 4 regular size cucumbers. I refridgerate them and eat this all week long. Really tasty and so easy!!
