Libby's® Pumpkin Cheesecake

Excellent! Made gingersnap crust. (Sub gingersnaps for grahams and sugar) Great flavor. Will definitely make again. Family request. My dad was too full to eat a whole piece and only had a little taste. Next day he requested more cheesecake because the flavor was so good he wanted more !!

Freezer Cucumber Pickles

Sooo Good. I would give it a five, but if I change something I only give a four. I cut my cukes in half and scrap the seeds out with a spoon. Then cut into bite size pieces. I added a Tblsp. of Pickling spice(in cheesecloth) and reduced to 20 servings for only 3 or 4 regular size cucumbers. I refridgerate them and eat this all week long. Really tasty and so easy!!

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Cookie is excellent! No changes needed to that. Adjusted the filling by adding another egg white, extra 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar and 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff. Cut shortening down to 1/2 cup. Meringue powder may be substituted for the egg whites.

Chicken-Fried Chops

Excellent recipe. Only addition was 1/2 tsp. onion powder to flour mixture. No additional seasonings needed. Did use chicken broth instead of water. Pork chops were super tender and the sauce made great gravy. Yum!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Very tasty. We prefer less garlic cause it overwhelmed the salsa. Never had avocado but loved it in this recipe. Can't wait to make it again.

Good, but I would agree to use only half a pack of the ranch dressing. Taste is great, but do need to cut back on the dressing mix due to saltiness.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Excellent! First time making a cheesecake. Worked like a charm. Followed exactly and left set in oven 1 hour after it was finished cooking. Middle was still a little jiggly, but till it cooled it came out perfect. Thanks Cindy.

Cream Cheese Won Tons

Excellent combination of flavors. Used shrimp instead of crab. Used one cream cheese and only about 1/4 cup shrimp and 2 Tblsps. water chestnuts. Smidge of paprika and white pepper. Made 12 to 15 wontons. Very Good!

House Fried Rice

Yummy! Four stars only because of my changes. Good basic recipe. Used sauce from Marian Collins "Baked Teriyaki Chicken" on this site in place of soy sauce, since many complained too salty. Added bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of others listed. Also cook rice in morning or night before and refrigerate until needed. Rave reviews from family!!

Jezebel Sauce

Excellent! Rave reviews from the family. Halved the recipe and poured over softened cream cheese. Great combo of hot and sweet. Added a bit of red pepper flakes for appearance. Regular party dip from now on.
