These cinnamon rolls were very delicious and so easy to make. I did change the icing recipe the second time I made them to the cinnabon clone icing. It was thicker and had less cream cheese. You've gotta try this one!

My family ALL liked this better so far than any way I have cooked salmon. I did think, though, that it was a bit heavy on the peanut oil. Would probably use less next time. I was hoping for a bit more heat than it delivered. Will add more red pepper next time. But, overall it was quite tasty.
