Taco Pie
Well -- wish I could report that we liked this recipe, but cannot state that. I don't think either one of liked the Mexican flavors with the crescent-roll crust. I might re-try using tortillas - (?)

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

Tuna Noodle Casserole I
This recipe is a keeper, due to the made-from-scratch sauce. Rather than canned tuna, I used some leftover tuna steak from a previous dinner. I also added (chopped & sauted) celery, red/yellow pepper, and sweet onion to the mix, and sprinkled the tuna with cumin. Another option: cilantro. Husband took seconds - always a mark of a good dinner item. thanks for the post, Cat!
