Marinated Beef Fondue
This recipe is fantastic! Lots of flavor and very easy to prepare. My in-laws were impressed! We also served a store bought gorganzola cream sauce that was excellent with the meat. We will be making this again for New Year's with friends!

Zesty Marinated Asparagus
Excellent! I decided to make this at the last minute for Easter brunch. It is very simple to make, has great flavor and nice presentation. Everyone loved it! This is definately a keeper!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I made this for Easter brunch and it was a huge hit! The store was out of regular hashbrowns so I used O'Brien instead. I think I'll make that a permanent change! They added a little more flavor and color to the dish. I also used less parmesan cheese than the recipe calls for. This is definately a keeper!
