Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
Outstanding! I used Cape Cod Fat Free Raspberry Vinagrette to make it easier. This is so good, it is great for a weekday meal or a special occasion. My kids loved it too!!!

Jo's Rosemary Bread
This is a winner! I just got a breadmaker for Christmas and this was my second loaf - ever! I made the dough in the breadmaker, then put it on a pizza stone to rise for about an hour. I cooked it for about 30 minutes at 375. It came out perfect! I would post a picture but it was gone before I could get the camera. I will definitely be making this again.... probably tomorrow!!!! Looks like my no-carb New Years resolution is already shot!

Double Chocolate Pie
I followed the recipe exactly as written and this was delicious. Hint: when baking the pie crust, I lined it with aluminum foil, them filled it with coins from my change jar. I don't have pastry weights, but those also work. It cooked the crust perfectly.
