Spent time in the kitchen with my mom. Helped peel and mash potatoes. Then things just took off from there. Now I love to cook. I like to cook soups and stews. The kind of things I ate when growing up. Pennsylvania Dutch I can cook Mexican, Chinese, and Italian. I have just perfected the pizzeria crust for pizza and stromboli. I had to throw away a whole turky once. I think I didn't let it totaly defrost first.
