I can cook Mexican, Chinese, and Italian. I have just perfected the pizzeria crust for pizza and stromboli.

I had to throw away a whole turky once. I think I didn't let it totaly defrost first.

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy
I have been making this gravy for years. the only addition is Gravy Master about a teaspoon. To give it a rich brown color. Also try mushrooms.
