Eggplant Croquettes
I will not be making this recipe again. Very blah, needs some kind of sauce, should have thought of marinara I guess. Wish I had read the reviews first. And my family loves eggplant.

White Texas Sheet Cake
This was delicious. I love the taste of almond extract, so this was amazing. I will make this cake, along with the chocolate Texas sheet cake for my husband's family reunion. I am expecting about 50 - 75 people.
