Crustless Cranberry Pie
Yummy! I made as a pie and also as mini pies in cupcake pans. Only change is that you need to mix berries and nuts before adding to baking dish. Also, if making mini pies, do not use cupcake papers the batter is just too sticky. Turned out much better without cupcake papers.
