Mom's Squash Casserole
We loved it. I sauted the veggies like some suggested & added fresh mushrooms. I cut back on the cheese & used only one egg. Also added one carrot. Instead of croutons, I used 3/4 cup ritz crackers.

Cranberry Oat Yummies
Got this from a friend. All at her party loved it, so I made some for a get together. Same response! We both used 3/4 cup brown sugar & cut back on the white sugar too to make a little healthier. Delicious!!

Powdered Sugar Cookies I
Made some healthy changes. I substituted about 1/3 cup whole wheat flour and 1/3 cup plain yogurt for some of the oil. Could not tell any difference. Delicious, soft on inside with a slight crunch for the outside. I also used almond extract.
