Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
We eat alot of fish, and this is by far the tasiest tilapia recipe I have found, while being the easiest. I made this exactly as written. Even my picky 3 year old (who doesn't like fish) asked for seconds. Very flavorful, wonderful with steamed asparagus.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Very good. A bit sweet for my personal tastes, but this is one of the very few pork recipes my small children will eat. I made this exactly as written. Would make again.

Aunt Edith's Baked Pancake
This is an excellent recipe. I first had basked pancakes at an area bed and breakfast. It was so delicious. I started looking for a similar recipe and stumbled upon this one. It is fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly! I have made this several times now, and I make this one for me and a slight variation for my husband, stirring in diced sausage, bacon and cheese to the batter for his as a savory one. I make an apple cider (or juice) syrup with this, as it goes beautifully with it. Note: I do add cinnamon and 1t. madagascar vanilla to it the batter.
