I enjoyed this recipe. I tweek it a bit. I added fresh mushrooms and tomatoes. Instead of combining it all at once I did plate by plate. Some people liked mushrooms others didn't..that type of thing. Also added the extra's with the chicken and garlic so the flavors would fuse and chicken not dry out! Next time I'm going to try it with a white wine instead of oil and maybe some shrimp!!

Was looking for something to go with our steaks and came across this one. LOVED IT! It was simple and easy to prepare.

This was good. I needed something quick and it was. Two things I recommended, use a non-stick skillet and double/maybe even triple the recipe to get a nice even coats on the snapper.
