Anniversary Chicken I
I have to say, I wasn't sure about this when I printed out the recipe but figured I would give it a try. Glad I did! Everyone loved it! The only changes I made were that I used light ranch dressing, low fat cheese and fried up some bacon and crumbled it rather than use the bits. Definitely worth the extra effort. As other reviews suggested, I waited until the last ten minutes to add the cheese. Thanks for a great recipe. Will make again!
