Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich
I love this sandwich! I omit the pepper though and saute half to a whole vidalia onion instead and add that. mmmmm

Lemon Pasta Sauce
I make this sauce all the time now for my family. They love it! (I also add some minced garlic.)

Baked Ziti II
had this for dinner tonight. WONDERFUL. added some italian seasoning to the mix and topped with sauteed mushrooms/garlic. resevered some of the mozzarella and added on top with the parmesan. just like manicotti but easier. ;)
