German Sweet Chocolate Cake I
I made this cake for my mother's 60th birthday. She is a professional baker and difficult to impress - she loved the cake! It was dense and moist and the frosting was excellent. I had to leave the pecans out because my son has nut allergies and cannot even be near them, but it didn't matter. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely use it again!

Cocktail Meatballs
Great recipe! I used ground turkey instead of beef, but followed the rest exactly. The meatballs turned out great and were a hit with adults and kids. Thanks!

Fluffy Seven-Minute Frosting
This is the best Seven-Minute Frosting recipe I have found! Thank you! I followed the recipe exactly and used a standing mixer - I was surprised at how easy it was to make. The frosting is light, fluffy and perfectly sweet. It spreads beautifully.
