This is excellent. I used roasted garlic instead of frying it in oil. Yummy.

Sweet-and-Sour Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
Very good and will positively be doing again but next time will only use skinless thighs. This time I deboned a whole chicken and cut it into large strips/pieces (like thigh in 1/2 etc.) I did add some red and green pepper stiips also. Everything else I did exactly.yummmmmy!!!!!

Smashed Cauliflower

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
I did this but it was runny (my mistake, not a big enough cauliflower) so to fix it I threw in just enough instant potatoes to thicken. Fantastic taste though. Will try it again but properly.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Great recipe. Used light maple pancake syrup (didn't have the other) and baked in toaster oven for 30 min at 400. Used blender to mix all ingred. so it was frothy marinade but it stayed on better that way. Will do again for sure.

Chicken and Corn Chili

Very good but I wouldn't serve it just as an entree, best wrapped in tortilla or over rice or potatoes. I did it exactly as recipe.

Absolutely excellent. I'd give it 6 stars. Done exactly as recipe except I put the bacon on at beginning of cook time because it was very thick bacon.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I used a beef blade chuck pot roast boneless. It is the best crock pot roast I've ever done and will be the only recipe I use for roasts from now on. Great gravy also.

Very good and I WILL be making it again. Very easy also. I made it just the way the recipe is but next time I will add cooked chicken to it instead of serving with it everything else will stay the same.

I classify this as a five star. It's got lots of vegetables and flavor with the cheese just being the extra part of it. It is definetly a do again recipe.

This was delicious and I WILL be doing it again. I used homemade orange juice with mandarin oranges and added a little of the pulp as well. Excellent flavor. Good idea to double the sauce for 4 chops.

This dish is very tasteful but actually all it is is hamburger and potatoes with a slight tomato taste. Don't think I'll do it again. Nothing special. Authentic Musaka has eggplant.
