My tradition is to have all my family at our place for the turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Great recipe. Used light maple pancake syrup (didn't have the other) and baked in toaster oven for 30 min at 400. Used blender to mix all ingred. so it was frothy marinade but it stayed on better that way. Will do again for sure.

Phyllo-wrapped Halibut Fillets with Lemon Scallion Sauce
I made this exactly the way the recipe read but next time I will only use 1/2 the lemon juice. Also I baked it in the toaster oven and will use regular oven next time. Will do again.

Meatloaf
Excellent, will do again. Next time 1/2 can soup and only 3/4 cup oats.
