Twice Baked Potatoes

I made these for Thanksgiving last year and they were requested again this year! This is a great recipe. I usually put in less pepper because it's a bit hot for my family, and sometimes I'll add some milk and morrell mushrooms instead of plain into the potato mixture. I also use smaller potatoes (enough to fit in a 9*13 casserole dish) so that instead of having to cut up 4 big potatoes each person gets their own. It's a little more work but easier to serve. These are yummy and present beautifully!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Wonderful recipe!!! I've made this 4 or 5 times now, and EVERYONE loves it, even my friend who hates mayonnaise. If I have some left over (which is rare), it makes a nice sandwich spread on sourdough or rye bread. I usually put in a bit extra spinach and sometimes extra water chestnuts for a chunkier dip. LOVE IT!

Pumpkin Pie IV

This was my first attempt at pumpking pie, and it was a very easy recipe! Everyone liked it, however mine didn't quite set up, so in the future I'll add another 10 minutes or so to the cooking time. I also used 1 1/2 tsps. of Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus instead of the individual spices and that worked out very well. Thanks for the recipe! :-)

Pork Chops in Beer

These are AWESOME!! They were really tender and tasty dipped in ranch sauce and with a simple bread and spinach dip side dish. I used extra thick chops, and only used 1/2 the ketchup & brown sugar called for but all the beer to keep the chops moist. I will definitely do these again! They were a big hit!

Pot Roast in Foil

I am a "new bride," and while I have used my slow cooker to do pot roast before, I didn't know how to do one in the oven. This recipe really helped and was easy enough that I could do it! I also did some turnips, potatoes, carrots, and parsnips on the side and added some thyme, parsley, oregano, rosemary, and black pepper. Yum!
