Corny Mexican Salad
Quite good. I made this almost exactly as written, but I only put in about half the dressing. Definitely let it chill for a while before serving. Next time I will add some shredded cheese. Yum! Thanks!

Asian Turkey Burgers
Followed the recipe except I sauteed the onions and garlic and used the whole egg. They were okay, but they didn't have as much flavor as I thought they would... will up the amount if I make again. Not bad for a burger, not great.

Cranberry Brisket
This must be a love it or hate it recipe. The meat came out very tangy almost tart. It didn't taste at all like what I think of as traditional brisket. We did not enjoy this at all.
