Chicken Marsala
This was delicious. I did use a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce, but that was personal preference. Also, right before serving, I threw in some capers and diced roma tomatoes and heated through. I think the capers helped liven up the sauce a bit. Served this over capellini.
