Hearty Fettuccini Bolognese Sauce

This sauce was amazingly rich. It also freezes well and actually is better after the freeze.

Beef Bourguignon III

I worked with what I had, so I didn't follow to the letter. I ended up using 1 lb. of Angus beef tips and didn't use the tiny onions. For mushrooms, I used baby Portobellos. I did use a better Cab Sauv and I did add more broth during the simmer. All in all, this was a great recipe that I will be making again. As another reviewer mentioned, the house smelled wonderful during and after the cooking.

Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce

I have to agree with one of the reviewers that this recipe came in with too much cream cheese coming through in the flavor. I did try some different amounts of the spices. It will need some time to sit in order to thicken properly.

Cheese Sausage Strata

This was a great dish! We had a New Year's brunch at a friend's house and this went over very well. CAVEAT: If I hadn't used the convection setting on my oven, this would've been soupy as the last reviewer mentioned. The cook time should probably be revised to account for this.

Beer Beef Stew II

The meat ended up a bit dry and there really wasn't a lot of "juice." I will probably tweak the beer amount or add a bit of stock in the future.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I just made this recipe for the first time for my family. They have requested that it be a new Christmas tradition. I think that says it all. The directions were easy to follow and the finished product was better than expected. ~Neil Ganey
