I began my cooking education when I was in home school and my mom asked me what I wanted to take as an elective. My final exam was to make a Chicken Kiev that passed my dad's taste. I love to cook, for lack of a better term, "everyday italian." I have also ventured into indian, thai, and mexican. My specialty is a chicken and spinach pesto lasagna. My mom always makes a huge spread for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have begun to help her, since I am one of the few people that she allows into the kitchen. Winning my (now) wife's heart with the meal that I prepared for our second date.
