Absolutely Sinful Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thought these would be great but was a bit disappointed. Too cakey and not enough like cookies.

Enchiladas
AWESOME! Didn't have yogurt so I used sour cream & milk instead. Also poured Enchilada sauce (Target brand) over it after it came out of the oven.

Best Ever Muffins
Really awesome. I add the vanilla as suggested and coated the blueberries as suggested in a comment and they both worked. This is the easiest and best recipe.
