Ok.. I have never had to officially ban cookies from my house before.. but I guess there is a first for everything. I baked these cookies -exactly- as written in the recipe, I rolled them in colored sugars before baking.. I cooked them.. I let them cool till they were just warm, ate -4-! Promptly put them in a box and ran them over to my neighbors house.. let THEM eat them all.. good heavens, these cookies are AMAZINGLY good. These are just not something I can trust myself with around the house.. wow is all I can say. They cracked beautifully by the way, they're as pretty as they are good.

It was very creamy but tasted too much like tartar sauce for my liking. I will probably go back to my original recipe though. Thank you. Chris.
