Italian Roast Beef I
Way too much seasoning for us! I had cut the oregano and basil down to 1 tablespoon each and still thought it was too much. I had made this in a crockpot and added tomato sauce as someone else suggested. Very tender though.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
I thought that they were just ok. I probably wouldn't make them again. Should have followed others advice and cut the butter. They were very oily.

Chicken in Savory Lemon Sauce
Did not care for this at all. Made it with a couple breast and a couple thighs and served it over rice. Just didn't like the flavor of it. It was edible but, I would not make it again.
