Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Absolutly awesome!!!! I also used canola oil instead of olive oil and also added some fresh nutmeg.

Buttermilk Pancakes I
Just finished eating these pancakes and they were great. My husband can't stop saying how good they were. I added a tsp of vanilla and put the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in the other then mixed togeth with a wooden spoon. Great recipe will make next weekend too!!!!

Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Cake
I have been making this recipe for 20 years. It is wonderfull although dream whip is better in this recipe than cool whip.
