Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This was so simple. Planned it for a hectic day. My son ending up throwing it together in a crockpot. Can't even remember the weight of the roast. No measuring. Cut the roast in 1/2 lengthwise and covered with root beer. When it was done, just drained and mixed in the bbq sauce. Next time, I may add some liquid smoke to give it a smokey edge and perhaps some garlic powder, just because I like to add my creative twist to most recipes. That said it was a winner just as written. Will be come a family favorite.
