I grew up in a typical Italian-American household. Life centered around the kitchen and I have been cooking since I was a little boy. Mom and Dad owned restaurants, fish markets and butcher shops, Dad was also a master meat cutter and supervised a large packing house. Later on in life I have had my own cafe for a while. I love to bake. Breads, cakes and cookies. I like to explore smoking meats and fish. Christmas eve fish feast! My "killer crumb cake". Oh, so many! LOL. I cant frost a cake to save my life.
