Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Beth wonderful recipe! I've made many Oatmeal cookies and I have to say that this one was the best. I think the cloves add a spectacular flavor and I added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg to spice it up some more, they were great. note: to make a a perfectly round cookies take the dough in your hands and roll them into a ball. They'll really look store bought! I followed the recipe exactly and I had no problem, It is definitley a keeper!

Pumpkin Pie Cake I
This was a wonderful easy recipe. This is great for holiday entertaining. I brought this to a family gathering and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Top with some Cool Whip and your good to go. *Note- I ran out of parchment paper and had to use wax paper..it worked just as well. Thanks Rosie!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I have to say this was my first cheese cake and it was a HUGE success. This recipe is very easy to follow and make a wonderful lite cheese cake. Not a slice was left. When I told my husband that I was making this cheese cake he said that no one made a better cheese cake then his mom. So I thought I'd give it a shot....My husband now says MY cheesecake is the best and he wants me to give the recipe to his mom!! Thumbs up Chantal!
