Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Like another reviwer, I put the sauce on top, added worchestershire and used bread crumbs. My family LOVED it.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
SOOOO Good! I too made in the crock pot. Wrapped in foil on low for 8 hours. So tender. My husband loved it!!!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
THis is now a family & guest favorite. I added cauliflower, sunflower seeds & raisins. I think it is best if the broccoli & cauliflower are made very small. LOVE IT!!!!
