Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I actually made these back in may when they were first published but just realized i forgot to add a review. sorry LTH! These were excellent. I made them as an after school treat foe my kids. They loved them! I will be making these again!

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

This was really good. My little tester (5yr old daughter) gave this an immediate thumbs up when she tasted it for me. The only changes i made were to use fresh thyme and i used 2 different kinds of bbq sauce since i didnt have enough for 1 1/2 cups of one kind.

This was great! the only changes i made were to sub chicken broth for the veg. broth i thought i had some but didnt and i added 1/4c of fresh spinach b/c i needed to get rid of it. i will be making this again!

We loved this easy and quick recipe! I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and i used shallots in place of the onions b/c i didnt realize i didnt have any onions. Will definately be making this again! Thanks!

Spinach Rice Salad

I made this as a side to easter dinner. It went over very well. I cut the rice in half b/c I thought 2 cups would be too much. Plus i googled the recipe and the others with the same ingredients only called for 1 cup. I'm glad I did 1 cup was plenty. I also used fat free italian dressing to make it just a bit healthier! I will be making this again. Thanks!

you can also use homemade gravy if you prefer. also if you dont like horseradish you can omit it or use less according to your taste. i personally dont like horseradish but my wife does so i put it on hers but not mine.
