Butternut Squash Soup
Without a doubt, the BEST soup recipe I've had from this site. As suggested by others, I roasted the squash and cut the cream cheese back to 1 (8 oz)package. We devoured this, with a small bowl left over for my husbands lunch.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
With an abundance of both zucchini and blueberries, this bread has been baked every few days to share friends and co-workers. I did cut the oil in half, and added cinnamon applesauce for the balance of the oil. This bread is awesome!

Manicotti Alla Romana
The white sauce makes it. I added 1/2 cup each of mozzarella & parmesan to kick it up a little
