My husband Ron and I have been married since 1984 and we have 2 great kids! I teach Kindergarten during the school year but when summer is here you'll find the family on the boat down at the Jersey shore! Anything and everything that has to do with pasta - carbs are my downfall! My family is Jewish and my husband's family is Italian! From my Mom I get the brisket and matzoh ball soup and I keep my husband happy with the best homemade spagetti sauce and meatballs he's ever had! I finally cooked a Thanksgiving meal last year and the deep fried turkey and all the great sides were a hit with the in-laws! I try to stay away from baking - keeps me clear from any possible tragedies!
