I graduated from La Cordon Bleu in Austin Tx. I make up my own recipes quite often. I love to have people over for dinner parties.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican food is a favorite, but Ie are always on the search of different types of food. My signature dish for parties are our lovely buffalo wings.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I cook sweet potato pies for thanksgiving and not pumpkin. I usually deep fry turkeys for thanksgiving and make the Alton Brown city ham for Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
I would have to say my chicken wings and our double chocolate mudd bars are 2 of my best recipes. Or my braised stuffed chicken legs.
My cooking tragedies
No one cooks perfect all the time....there are always "this one time...." hahha
