Chocolate Chip Muffins
My son found this recipe and surprised us with these muffins this morning. He is 14 and loves to bake, he followed the recipe exactly and they turned out fantastic. They do not taste like the box mixes, and that is a good thing!

Baked French Toast
This was amazing. It was very custard and dessert like, and absolutely delicious. I did follow one reviewers suggestion and turn over every piece before baking it in the morning. I used a pan that was too shallow and it boiled over all over my oven-my fault! It still turned out yummy. Everyone at worked raved about it.

Quiche
Excellent recipe for quiche. I used broccoli and cheddar cheese as the filling, but followed the rest of the recipe as it was written. I had to bake mine a bit longer-but every oven is different. Thanks for a super and simple dish!
