Hot Fudge Sauce I
Although the flavor was good, once cooled the solids separated from the milk giving a layered effect in the jar. Although it looked like 1/2 caramel, 1/2 fudge sauce, it wasn't and was not suitable for the gifts I was planning. Had to start over with different recipe. Very disappointing.

Chutney Chicken Salad
Great recipe, even better the second day. Like other reviewers I added and handful of golden raisons for a little sweetness. My picky 9 year old even liked it.

Cranberry Gelatin Salad
I've made this for three family gatherings, and it's been a hit each time. Even those who don't care for jello salad love this once they try it. I serve it with the cream cheese/yogurt/sugar topping another reviewer suggested, and it comes out perfect.
