Apricot and White Chip Cookies with Almonds
These were a huge hit in my holiday gift tins. I found that two full cups of white chocolate was way too much. The ratio of tastes worked better for me with 1 cup of chips and 1 cup of apricots. Also turned out quite nicely using dried cranberries instead of apricots.

Chocolate Pretzel Rings
I used small pretzel rings and standard-sized kisses and the ratio of chocolate to pretzel was off. I'd recommend using larger pretzels. Otherwise the pretzel taste gets lost. visually, though, the final result was quite pretty and made great additions to gift tins.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Tremendous! I've been looking for the right recipe to use with my Baker's Edge pan. (See bakersedge.com). This is it. I used egg beaters instead of real eggs and substituted in milk chocolate chips. The result: flakey slivers of chocolate on top, nice, slightly crunchy edges, and chewy but not too dense insides. A keeper.
