Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
I took the suggestion from ATTENDEDKARMA 0n 10/30/05 and used flavored coffee creamer for the milk I made Choc,choc chip hazelnut cupcakes I sifted all dry ingredients twice,used 3 eggs1/2 Cups milk 1tsp vannila 2 C sugar. I should have used less because of the sugar in the coffee creamer and 1/8 tsp salt I made these into cupcakes-baked @350*convection for 22-25 min. They are light fluffy moist-delicious and worthy of 5 stars oh yes,1/2 c veg oil
