I've been a stay at home Mom for most of my boys' lives, but recently opened my own Antique Shop. After my wonderful boys and antiques, cooking (especially baking) is one of my favorite things to do.

Breads. I like to bake bread, bagels, pretzels.

Angel Biscuit Rolls
Absolutely wonderful, incredibly simple. Dough is a bit too wet. I decreased the buttermilk a bit.

Amish White Bread
Absolutely 5 stars! Incredibly easy recipe, comes out consistantly beautiful every single time. I use a Kitchen Aid for kneading. I love the recipe as is, but sometimes substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour and add a tablespoon of wheat germ for a little crunch.
