American Chop Suey II
This is the exact recipe I used and my mother used for years. This is a great standby for those nights a quick, easy meal is needed. Thru the years I have changed it a little by adding 1 sml can of whole tomatoes chopped. I also add spices; garlic, oregano, basil. I use casserole elbows.
