Maple Salmon
Great recipe -- I've made a similar one with a brown sugar glaze, but this version is faster. I also used a round tsp of dry ginger since I didn't have grated (one of the raters suggested.) I'm sure grated would be better but it still did the trick. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Piccata II
I doubled the sauce, but didn't take out the chicken prior to making the sauce as others suggested. (I thought the chicken would be too dry that way.) I thought it came out just fine the way the recipe was written, and the chicken was nice and tender.
