Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheescake turned out to be a huge hit, everyone loved it. When I made the cheesecake I did cheat a little bit. I used a pre-made ready graham cracker crust, and thus had to change the serving size to 8. I also added some carmel topping into the cream cheese mixture, making it yummy! I also only baked it for 45 minutes and followed the other reviews doing the water bath and shutting oven off so it didn't crack. When I was ready to serve it I put a little carmel topping making it even better! I will be making this again!
