Cooking to me is a wonderful hobby where I can be as creative as I want to be. I was brought up on great food and great cooks so it really comes naturally!!! Pasta sauce or gravy as we Italians call it. I love to make winter foods like delicious roasts and short ribs. Stroganoff and hungarian style dishes because everyone loves sour cream. A great tomato sauce that cooks for hours. We take our meatballs very seriously too. Lots of garlic in everything. my mom tught me soup making.She's into that. Gravy for the roast is also a big thing in our family. Great BBQ ribs in the summer. I make a great Lasagna for Christmas. Lots of fun making different appetizers for get togethers. My last Roast beef was overdone and tough. it wasn't the best cut though. I am sure there have been many more but i throw those recipes out and you know, out of sight out of mind.
