Sauteed Apples

Super easy and super yummy! Served on waffles with whipped cream. Best waffles ever. I added 2 tsp of vanilla while the apples were cooking and cut the cornstarch in half. Perfect!

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Yummy! I took the other suggestions: 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1/2 white flour, cut the oil in half and substituted 1/2 c. natural applesauce. The only other change I made was a full cup of raisins to replace the walnuts, which I didn't have. Made 18 muffins, baked for 27 minutes. Yummy, healthy, and easy. What else could you ask for?

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Holy-moly was this SALTY! I did use regular soy sauce, only by default as I often do, but still this was far too salty even by those expectations. I even reduced the oil and soy sauce to 1/2 c. each. The flavors were great, particularly the liquid smoke (which I had never used before), but it was just off, far too salty and a bit greasy. I will make this again, reducing the olive oil and soy sauce (using low-sodium) to 1/3 c. and keeping the other ingredients the same.
