Sweet and Sour Sauce I
I cut the recipe in half and used it as a stir-fry sauce with bok choy and chicken. Excellent! I will use this again. Thanks for sharing!

Special Deviled Eggs
These were awesome, as my husband said, "This is the best deviled egg I've ever had." I used a mini-chopper to mix them, starting with the onion to save the trouble of cutting it up. Add all the other ingredients, then the egg yolks. Very smooth and consistent. Next time I will use just a little less mayo (3 tbsp). Thank you for sahring!

Cucumber Sunomo
This salad is awesome! Quick and easy and I always have all the ingredients on hand. I use English cucumbers that I get at Costco and then I do not need to seed them. Excellent side dish for Asian food. I would recommend making it the day you are going to eat it. I made it once, didn't get to eat it until the next day and the cucumbers were not as crunchy. One of our family favorites.
