Chicken Vesuvio
This was a good recipe, though it didn't have the prettiest presentation. It was very light and flavorful, though heavy on the lemon. After reading other reviews, I was liberal with the salt and pepper and it came out fine.

Broccoli Chicken Divan
I was pretty disappointed when I tried this recipe. It was easy and edible, but it was just plain boring. For a quick weeknight dinner, it's okay, but it's nothing special.

Baked Omelet Squares
This is the best breakfast casserole I have ever made! I used tomatoes, mushrooms, and ham and it was wonderful. It was also easy to adapt for individual tastes. My sister, who was going to be eating it, doesn't like mushrooms so I just left mushrooms out of one corner of the casserole. It worked perfectly.
