Right now, I'm a student at Valencia Community College where I'm majoring in Horticulture. Previously I attended the University of Florida where my major was History. I hope to become a Peace Corps volunteer and once I'm done with that I want to return to UF, graduate, and to go on to work for the Government doing Foreign Service Work or work in a museum. I like cooking and baking because everyone loves food and no matter how bad your day it you can always make something in the kitchen to help make everything better. Cakes and pies... whats a good meal without dessert?! Collard greens, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese. When I was 6 or 7 years old, I saved up my money for Mother's Day and had my mom take me to the store to buy ingredients for an unspecified dish. I found a bag of flour and bought all the ingredients on the bag to make homemade biscuits. They turned out great and my mom was thrilled. Lots! Trial and error is my method and before I get my finished products there are a few funny tasting items that me, my family, and my friends have to bear through =]
